    Overview

    The Division of Treasury is responsible for the receiving and safe keeping of all revenues coming in to the CNMI Government.

    Mission

    Our mission is to pursue effective revenue enhancement programs to monitor, control, audit and invest Government funds.

    • Comply with all laws governing the depositing and securing of public funds.
    • Pay money only on requests signed by legally designated persons.
    • Collect all money due to the Commonwealth and invest it prudently to ensure at all times liquidity, safety and optimum yield.
